SHARED GARDENS & WORKING SPACES

Body corporate & commercial garden maintenance

Thoughtful care for the grounds you manage.

Planned garden maintenance for body corporate properties, commercial premises and office grounds. We combine regular presentation work with plant care, seasonal priorities and clear communication about what needs attention next.

PRESENTATION & LONG-TERM CARE

Look after the landscape,
not only its appearance.

We work from an agreed maintenance scope and identify additional improvements for consideration, rather than assuming every task is included in a routine visit.

Regular presentation

Lawns, edges, garden-bed weeding, leaf and debris collection and agreed green-waste handling.

Seasonal horticultural care

Pruning, hedge maintenance, plant-health attention and nutrition, planned around the landscape and its seasonal needs.

Irrigation attention

Operational checks and identification of watering issues, with repairs or larger improvements separately scoped as needed.

Staged improvements

Bed restoration, replacement planting and mulching proposals can sit alongside ongoing maintenance, with approval before additional work proceeds.

A CLEAR WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Agree on the care.
Keep the right people informed.

  1. Confirm the property and priorities

Identify the areas to be maintained, access arrangements, site considerations and the person coordinating the service.

  2. Set out the regular scope

Agree on visit frequency, responsibilities and waste handling. Discuss any initial clean-up or restoration separately.

  3. Report and plan ahead

Visit reporting and practical recommendations help the nominated contacts understand completed work and consider future priorities.

BEFORE WE QUOTE

The details that help us plan.

Can a garden clean-up be staged?

Yes. We can discuss immediate priorities, ongoing maintenance and a separate staged improvement scope for the committee or property manager to consider.

How is additional work handled?

We identify work outside the regular scope and confirm it with the authorised contact before proceeding. The decision-maker and approval arrangements are established at the start.

What should we include in an enquiry?

Send the property suburb, photos or a description of the outdoor areas, access considerations, desired visit frequency and who will coordinate maintenance.

Across Melbourne’s inner east, eastern suburbs and bayside.

Availability depends on location, the work required and our existing service runs. Explore our service area.
